Frankie is a survey specialist in the Questionnaire Development team at SHARE. They facilitate the testing of SHARE surveys and contribute to questionnaire content and technical design decisions.

Frankie’s research interests focus on inclusive, equity-centered data collection–include SOGI (sexual orientation and gender identity) measurement, gender-expansive questionnaire design, and best practices for asking sensitive questions in ways that minimize respondent burden and drop-off.

They hold an M.A. in Social Work and Human Rights.
