Questionnaire Development
Dr. Patricia Hadler is a survey specialist in the Questionnaire Development team at SHARE. She coordinates the translation of survey instruments and contributes to their development and testing.
She has extensive experience in cross-cultural and national cognitive pretesting, having coordinated and conducted more than 50 studies, and has also managed large-scale survey projects.
Dr. Patricia Hadler holds an M.A. in communication sciences (Johannes Gutenberg-University Mainz, 2009) and a PhD in psychology (University of Mannheim, 2023). Her research interests include cognitive pretesting methodology, the use of survey paradata to assess data quality, and the measurement of non-binary gender in surveys.
